Resolución de 23 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la Propiedad de El Rosario-Área Metropolitana de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, por la que se suspende la asignación del número de registro de alquiler de corta duración solicitado y la práctica de la correspondiente nota marginal, por no constar inmatriculada la finca ni inscrita la obra nueva de la edificación para la que solicita dicho número.
