Resolución de 17 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Ceuta, por la que se suspende la inscripción de la representación gráfica georreferenciada de una finca con ocasión de la presentación de una escritura de declaración de obra nueva por antigüedad, subsanada por otra, por haber concurrido la oposición de un titular colindante en el curso del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria.
