Resolución de 27 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación negativa del registrador de la propiedad de Mazarrón, por la que se suspende la inscripción de una declaración de obra nueva y se deniega la inscripción de la georreferenciación de la finca sobre la que se declara, por haberse presentado alegaciones en el expediente del artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria tramitado para inscribir la georreferenciación de la finca.
