Resolución de 18 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de San Cristóbal de La Laguna n.º 2-Área Metropolitana de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, por la que se deniega la inscripción de una escritura de declaración de obra nueva, herencia y donación por albergar dudas de que la edificación pudiera extralimitarse respecto de la finca en la que se declara.
