Resolución de 18 de febrero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la calificación negativa del registrador de la propiedad de Madrid n.º 9 respecto a la inscripción del testimonio del decreto de adjudicación hipotecaria y del mandamiento judicial de cancelación, por la razón de encontrarse la finca subastada inscrita a favor de terceras personas ajenas a la ejecución hipotecaria.
