Resolución de 17 de diciembre de 2025, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación del registrador de la propiedad de Palma de Mallorca n.º 10, por la que se suspende la inscripción de una escritura de agrupación y declaración de obra nueva, por haber concurrido la oposición de titulares colindantes en el curso del procedimiento regulado en el artículo 199.2 de la Ley Hipotecaria.
