Resolución de 14 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto «contra la calificación del mandamiento de ampliación al ser entendido como una anotación nueva» practicada por la registradora de la propiedad de Santander n.º 1, que no procedió a la ampliación de la anotación de embargo ya practicada a favor del Ayuntamiento de Santander, sino a la extensión de una nueva anotación preventiva.
