Resolución de 14 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación negativa emitida por el registrador de la propiedad de Arenas de San Pedro, con ocasión de la solicitud de inmatriculación de finca en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 205 de la Ley Hipotecaria, por invadir la representación gráfica catastral de la finca una construcción de finca colindante.
