Resolución de 5 de enero de 2026, de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública, en el recurso interpuesto contra la nota de calificación de la registradora de la propiedad de Pamplona n.º 8, por la que se deniega la inscripción registral de la rectificación de la descripción y la georreferenciación de una finca, tras la tramitación del expediente del artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria, por haberse formulado en su tramitación alegaciones por uno de los colindantes notificados, que son estimadas por la registradora.
